  9.     ClipPlus is an easy to use utility that enhances the 
  10. Windows95 ClipBoard. Whenever you use the standard windows
  11. features to Cut/Copy text in a windows program, windows copies
  12. the text to the ClipBoard. Only one "Clip" can be stored in
  13. the clipboard at a time and all contents are lost whenever
  14. you shutdown windows. ClipPlus watches the clipboard and
  15. will add all new clips to a list that it maintains where
  16. it can be used again in the future.
  17.     You can save your favorite or most commonly used clips
  18. for quick and easy use with any windows program. This comes in
  19. handy for URL's on the internet, phrases you use in Chat rooms,
  20. signatures, programming and MORE!

  25.     If you are running an earlier version of ClipPlus, you 
  26. should run the Windows un-install program from Windows Control
  27. Panel to remove ClipPlus BEFORE installing this version!

  29.     You should run the Setup file to install ClipPlus.
  30. Setup will install a shortcut file to your Windows\Start menu\
  31. directory.
